This International quintet based in Stoke Newington are likely to set fire to the stage with their full pelt brand of Romany fire and fury. Mixing Middle-Eastern, Latin and gypsy influences, the music of this sax-and-accordion-fronted quintet contains much else besides – a jot of jazz, a pinch of punk, a taste of tango. Their recently released debut album Full Attack with Sudden Defenses and were featured on the 2011 compilation Balkan Fever London (Mind the Brass).
